Our client is seeking a proactive Account Manager to support their busy Client Services team on a 6 month fixed-term basis. This role will suit someone with a strong background in financial services, confident client-handling skills, and a collaborative approach to service delivery!

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Delivering daily client servicing across a portfolio of private clients.
Coordinating client onboarding in partnership with the Relationship Manager.
Processing a variety of client instructions including payments, securities, FX, deposits, and static data changes.
Handling general client queries and maintaining regular communication.
Supporting clients with online banking set-up and troubleshooting.
Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and assisting with lead conversion.
Assisting with trigger and periodic client risk reviews and addressing KYC/AML gaps.
Contributing to team projects and assisting colleagues during peak workloads.
