Our client is a leading provider of life-insurance-based wealth management and employee benefit solutions, offering bespoke products to multinational organisations, international expatriates, and local populations. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their L&D Operations team on a fixed-term contract for a duration of 9 months.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the Team Manager and the wider team in processing scheme renewals efficiently.
Preparing client data for import into the Lissia system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with system templates.
Scrutinising membership data using the data vetting tool and resolving errors during the data import process.
Producing renewal imports, including member, relation, and coverage templates, and saving files to scheme renewal folders.
Completing operations checks and updating renewal statuses on internal systems, ensuring they progress to approval queues.
Assisting the renewals team with additional tasks to meet service level agreements (MSAs).

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background in a data processing environment, with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data management processes are essential for success in this role.
