Our client is a prestigious financial services organisation with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke solutions in trust and fiduciary services. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trust Administrator Assistant to join their team on a 6 month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the day-to-day administration of trusts and companies, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Preparing and maintaining accurate records, including trust deeds, minutes, and resolutions.
Supporting client communications, responding to queries, and providing updates as required.
Assisting with payment instructions, banking transactions, and the reconciliation of accounts.
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
Providing support with data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate client files.
Contributing to projects and process improvement initiatives as directed by senior team members.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a trust or fiduciary administration environment, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with a proactive and team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with trust management systems would be advantageous.
