Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Provide first-line technical support, assisting users with IT-related queries via phone and email.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across a range of devices, including PCs, laptops, iPhones, desk phones, and printers.
Act as a single point of contact for IT support requests, logging and managing calls in the Service Desk system.
Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring all staff receive high-quality support.
Communicate IT issues, system changes, and updates effectively across the organisation.
Troubleshoot basic network issues, including patching and network card configurations.
Perform basic Active Directory tasks, such as creating user accounts, resetting passwords, and managing security groups.
Escalate unresolved technical problems to the Systems Administration team as needed.
