Our client is seeking an IT Support professional to provide high-quality technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing IT procurement and equipment, including receipt, asset management, and stock monitoring of laptops, mobile phones, and accessories.
Providing front-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
Assisting with user account management, permissions, and password resets.
Monitoring and assigning incoming IT support tickets, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
Conducting regular system audits and ensuring compliance with company IT policies.
Supporting IT contract management by tracking changes and escalating breaches where necessary.
Collaborating with team members to identify and implement technology solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
