Our client is looking for a Marketing & Brand Coordinator to lead the delivery of all marketing, communications, and event activities for the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and creative individual to work closely with senior management and external agencies to develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, enhancing the company’s profile both as a market-leading service provider and as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Working with business directors to design and implement marketing strategies tailored to service lines and overall business development goals.
Coordinating the delivery of the marketing strategy as the main point of contact with external agencies, advertisers, and PR firms.
Developing and consolidating marketing plans, ensuring alignment across service lines.
Creating and managing company literature, advertising content, and other marketing collateral.
Identifying and incorporating relevant industry and Moore Global content into external communications.
Managing and regularly updating the company website and social media platforms.
Overseeing PR activities and generating press releases in collaboration with external PR agencies.
Assisting directors with presentation and proposal development.
Managing stock of branded merchandise and corporate stationery.
Organising client and internal events, as well as supporting CSR and ESG initiatives.
Producing quarterly board reports on marketing performance and future plans.
Managing the marketing budget, including invoice processing.
