Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Assistant to join their team on a part-time, 20 hours a week basis. This varied role offers the chance to work across multiple locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling deliveries, maintaining office sites, and assisting with residential property management.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Collecting, delivering, and securely handling correspondence, packages, and post while maintaining accurate records.
Making hand deliveries and banking cheques as required.
Assisting with the general maintenance of office sites and residential properties, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Working alongside reception staff to provide facilities support and ensure high-quality reception services.
Assisting with office security, including managing authorisation cards, access permissions, and deactivations.
Monitoring stock levels for stationery, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
Setting up meeting rooms for training sessions and events as required.
Coordinating collections and deliveries from suppliers to support office operations.
Assisting in business continuity planning and procedures.
Supporting office layout changes, desk moves, and coordinating with IT for necessary equipment setup.
