Working behind the scenes, you will help maintain client files, resolve compliance-related action points, and ensure administrative duties are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Reviewing and actioning client-related tasks arising from internal compliance reviews and audits.
Maintaining and updating client files in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Addressing outstanding due diligence documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
Completing periodic file reviews to verify ongoing adherence to internal and external standards.
Collaborating closely with compliance, legal, and administrative teams to ensure timely resolution of client action points.
Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to support the seamless completion of compliance tasks.
Providing administrative support to various teams on operational tasks relating to client file management.
Assisting with the preparation of internal and external reports on client file status and compliance matters.
Maintaining data systems and tracking mechanisms to monitor the status of action points and documentation.
