Join our client as a New Business Administrator, supporting client take-on processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. This role is essential in delivering a seamless client onboarding experience while maintaining high standards of due diligence and compliance.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing the local and international conflicts check process.
Conducting screening checks and risk assessments.
Overseeing the collection and review of client take-on documentation to ensure compliance.
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of client onboarding before service line sign-off.
Liaising with service lines to manage client expectations and streamline the onboarding process.
Providing practical, business-focused advice on client take-on queries.
Escalating any client take-on issues to the Risk & Compliance team as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience in client take-on and onboarding processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with resilience and attention to detail. The role requires excellent organisational abilities and the ability to work independently. A willingness to work towards the International Compliance Association Advanced Certificate in Practical Customer Due Diligence is required.How To Apply
