Join our client, an innovative investment management and specialist lending firm based in Guernsey, renowned for identifying high-quality opportunities in the mortgage market overlooked by others. As a New Business Executive, you'll drive mortgage sales by cultivating strong relationships with introducers such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and property developers.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Developing and managing relationships with introducers to increase the volume and value of mortgage enquiries.
Handling mortgage applications, preparing them for presentation to the Credit Committee, and managing the offer issuance process.
Ensuring consistent progression of mortgage applications to the Operations team.
Providing exceptional service to clients and introducers, maintaining effective and empathetic communication throughout.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and strong negotiation abilities. They should be self-motivated, organised, analytical, and results-focused, with an eagerness for continuous learning. Experience or interest in mortgage lending, sales techniques, and market trends would be advantageous, as well as a willingness to pursue relevant professional qualifications.
