Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Processing payroll data and maintaining core employee information within payroll systems.
Reconciling payroll accounts and ensuring all data aligns with final payroll amounts.
Recording and reconciling transactions in SAGE and VRS for Business Plus and corporate accounts.
Processing customer refunds and claims with precision and timeliness.
Preparing reconciliations for control accounts and ensuring accuracy in financial data.
Responding to internal and external stakeholder queries regarding payroll, revenue, and payables.
Assisting with documentation and procedures to strengthen internal controls and support audit requirements.
