Our client is an industry leader in professional services, offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their dynamic Private Markets Consulting team. This role is perfect for a finance professional passionate about delivering impactful solutions to clients in the asset management sector.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Delivering diverse assignments within project teams, ensuring collaboration and high-quality outcomes.
Supporting junior team members through coaching and mentorship.
Developing client project deliverables and contributing to the creation of proposal documents.
Building and nurturing relationships with key Private Markets clients.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging digital innovations.
Assisting with business transformation projects focused on efficiency and scalability in Private Markets.
Supporting operating model design, technology change programmes, and data analytics integration.
Researching emerging trends across Private Markets and financial services.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance professional with at least four years of experience in financial services and deep knowledge of the Private Markets industry, including key asset classes such as Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure. They will have a proven understanding of fund finance activities, strong project delivery skills, and experience managing multiple stakeholders. An interest in technology and process automation, along with experience in data analytics and visualisation tools, will be advantageous.
