Our client prides themselves on their structured financial processes, ensuring seamless revenue and expenditure tracking. They are now seeking a Shared Administrative Clerk to support the finance team by maintaining precise records and assisting with financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Recording and reconciling ticket desk sales, including Skybreaks and third-party provisions.
Maintaining daily records of cabin crew onboard sales commissions to ensure timely invoicing.
Tracking and verifying handling returns, ensuring invoices are raised accurately and on time.
Monitoring and matching fuel purchases against invoices, raising and resolving discrepancies.
Assisting with archiving services, ensuring records are well-maintained.
Supporting the finance team with general administrative and reconciliation tasks.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, with strong attention to detail, organisation, and data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential, and experience in finance or reconciliation is an advantage. A proactive and adaptable approach, combined with the ability to work collaboratively within a finance team, will ensure success in this role.
