Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Recording and reconciling ticket desk sales, including Skybreaks and third-party provisions.
Maintaining daily records of cabin crew onboard sales commissions to ensure timely invoicing.
Tracking and verifying handling returns, ensuring invoices are raised accurately and on time.
Monitoring and matching fuel purchases against invoices, raising and resolving discrepancies.
Assisting with archiving services, ensuring records are well-maintained.
Supporting the finance team with general administrative and reconciliation tasks.
