Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Defining project scope, planning, and resource allocation.
Coordinating teams to ensure quality delivery.
Managing budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
Tracking progress, adapting to changes, and reporting.
Overseeing testing and user feedback integration.
Ensuring compliance and security protocols.
Delivering projects with smooth handovers.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organisational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. A robust background in IT and experience in managing technology-driven initiatives are essential. Holding a recognised project management qualification—such as MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile—will be highly advantageous. You will be adaptable, resilient, and adept at managing change, thriving in a fast-paced environment where innovation and collaboration are key. Experience in the financial sector, with an understanding of markets, will further enhance your ability to excel in this role.
