A leading law firm is looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator and HR Administrator to join their Core HR team!

This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with their Talent and Resourcing Business Partner, hiring managers, HR Business Partners and the wider HR team being responsible for the co-ordination of their end-to-end recruitment activities across their global business.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the HR team, supporting all recruitment related administration.
Support the management of their Applicant Tracking System (ATS - Pinpoint).
Support the publishing of vacancies via Pin Point and LinkedIn.
Manage candidates through the recruitment process from application to offer stage.
Scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding of new starters in Guernsey by meeting them on their first day.
Provide feedback to candidates and agencies as required.
Manage the recruitment mailbox.
Process all recruitment related invoices, ensuring the maintenance of appropriate records in line with set guidelines.
Provide a comprehensive, professional HR administrative service against defined service standards.
Be responsible for coordinating student programmes in Guernsey including recruitment and selection, in conjunction with the relevant Partner(s) and the HR BPs to include arranging and attending fairs, interviewing, co-ordinating the allocation of mentors and the monitoring the student progress.
Support the processing and administration of any local Guernsey employment requirement i.e. work permit applications
Support colleagues with general HR lifecycle administration tasks as and when required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of recruitment practices, excellent organisation and timekeeping skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and key stakeholders.
