Join a leading organisation as a Risk & Compliance Administrator, providing essential support to ensure the business operates within its legal and regulatory framework. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance policies, risk monitoring, and regulatory reporting, contributing to the firm’s overall governance structure.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Assisting in the analysis of laws and regulations to assess their impact on company policies and procedures.
Maintaining, reviewing, and updating risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Managing the compliance mailbox to ensure prompt and efficient responses.
Attending ERM and Risk Committee meetings, taking notes, and drafting minutes.
Identifying additions and improvements to the Compliance Monitoring Programme and assisting with monitoring tasks.
Maintaining regulatory registers, including complaints, gifts, losses, breaches, and risk registers.
Reviewing and actioning sanctions and other relevant notices.
Generating and reviewing monthly reports and following up on outstanding matters.
Assisting with ad hoc project work as required.
Acting as an ambassador for the firm, building relationships, and promoting best practices.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, and a willingness to work towards an International Compliance Association (ICA) qualification is required.How To Apply
