Our client, an established financial and fiduciary services provider, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. The position plays a key role in assessing risk, monitoring client business practices, and maintaining high standards in client file management and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Undertaking detailed reviews of client files to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Assessing client risk ratings and ensuring appropriate risk management procedures are followed.
Ensuring customer due diligence (CDD) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date in compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
Identifying and managing potential risks or breaches effectively and promptly.
Performing thematic and compliance monitoring reviews across fiduciary and investment sectors.
Contributing to maintaining and promoting best practices within the fiduciary and investment services environment.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with a strong understanding of trust and company law, fiduciary principles, and regulatory frameworks. A relevant trust qualification or active study towards one is highly desirable, alongside a proactive approach to risk management and compliance. Strong computer skills and a commitment to industry best practices are essential.How To Apply
