Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Undertaking all aspects of accounting matters for a portfolio of fund structures, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, preparation of financial statements and investor capital accounts.
Agreeing timetables, ensuring that they are adhered to and that proactive communication is maintained throughout the process.
Co-ordinating the audit process on various companies and fund structures.
Ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulations.
