Group Accountant

In this role, you will report directly to the Group Head and CFO, supporting the consolidation and external reporting processes across the company. The position is ideal for someone with proven experience in financial reporting, delivering consolidated financial statements, and managing audit processes.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Preparation of monthly Group consolidation.
Managing and reconciling intercompany transactions and balances.
Maintaining up to date technical knowledge of relevant accounting standards, and ensure adherence to these in the Group’s financial reporting.
Assisting on technical accounting matters.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification, hold a professional accounting certification (such as ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent), and ideally have experience in Group accounting, though this is not essential.
