As an HR Business Partner, you’ll join a small, dynamic HR team dedicated to supporting around 190 employees across the UK, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.

Responsibilities
In this role you will be required to provide guidance and support to senior management on a variety of HR-related operational matters, aligning with the business’s objectives and needs. The HRBP ensures that HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with legislative requirements across various jurisdictions while maintaining consistency throughout the company.
Skills / Qualifications
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is highly desirable. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role at a comparable level and hold Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certification or an equivalent credential.
