Responsibilities
The duties for this role include handling day-to-day bookkeeping for companies and trusts, preparing accounts to trial balance, and coordinating with bankers on remittances, deposit accounts, and investment transactions. You will also open bank accounts for trusts and companies, liaise with brokers on investment transactions and settlement instructions, and develop a working knowledge of forming limited companies and setting up new trusts, with training provided. Additionally, you’ll ensure timely delivery of documentation for client reviews.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade C or above. Strong communication skills, a talent for building effective relationships, and excellent organisational abilities are essential. Attention to detail, a collaborative work style, and proficiency in IT complete the profile of our perfect candidate.
