Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Processing and managing Service Desk incidents and requests to ensure timely resolutions.
Prioritising, allocating, tracking, and escalating Service Desk tickets effectively.
Coordinating and communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal and external clients.
Supporting the sustainability and functionality of infrastructure components, including hardware, software, and networks.
Documenting and implementing technology processes according to professional standards and business criteria.
Delivering assigned tasks and activities accurately and on time.
Maintaining expert knowledge of technical specialisms within the role and providing professional advice.
