Are you ready to step into a leadership role in trust and corporate administration? As an Assistant Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of client trusts and company structures, providing high-quality client service while mentoring a team of administrators.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing a portfolio of client trusts and company structures, delivering exceptional service and meeting regulatory standards.
Leading and mentoring a team of administrators, providing training and day-to-day guidance.
Assisting the manager with operational responsibilities, including team workload management and process improvements.
Reviewing and preparing client documentation, including minutes, resolutions, and agreements.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Liaising with clients, advisors, and intermediaries to build and maintain strong relationships.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within trust and corporate services, with a track record of leadership or supervisory responsibilities. A professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or ACCA is preferred; however, study support is available for those working toward accreditation.
