As a Compliance Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory adherence and managing ethical standards across a diverse, high-performing organisation.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the review and updating of compliance policies and procedures.
Gathering and analysing data for reporting to leadership and the PwC Network.
Assisting with compliance monitoring activities, including maintaining registers and records.
Supporting AML/CFT/CPF processes, such as reviewing PEP, sanctions, and adverse news escalations.
Assisting MLROs with maintaining and updating the Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) register and related workflows.
Managing workflow for ethics and independence reviews and contributing to scheduled compliance monitoring activities.
Supporting compliance projects, including process updates and new technologies.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a methodical, organised approach to work. A keen interest in technology and an eagerness to learn and upskill are essential, along with the ability to balance working independently and collaborating with leadership when necessary. Experience in compliance monitoring, audit, or internal audit is desirable, as is familiarity with tools like Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI.
