Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and streamlining workflows in line with business objectives
Conducting in-depth assessments of current processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, risks, and areas for enhancement
Leading and managing procedural changes to ensure alignment with strategic goals and compliance requirements
Working closely with departments such as Risk, Compliance, IT, and Operations to facilitate smooth transitions
Designing and delivering training programs to ensure teams successfully adopt new procedures
Ensuring all process updates comply with regulatory frameworks and mitigate potential risks
Developing and monitoring key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of procedural changes and continuously refine improvements
Preparing comprehensive reports for senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and business impact
Supporting the Senior Operations Manager in executing and overseeing process improvement projects within scope, budget, and timeline

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in process improvement, operations, or procedural change within the financial services sector, preferably in an international banking environment. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and process optimisation methodologies is essential. The ability to analyse complex processes, identify efficiencies, and implement change effectively will set them apart. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and project coordination experience will be key to success.
