Known for fostering a culture where people thrive, this company is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance to play a critical role in ensuring regulatory excellence and providing assurance to Boards.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Conducting assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for client funds and licensees.
Providing and presenting accurate, up-to-date management information to Boards.
Acting as Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer, and Money Laundering Reporting Officer for the organisation and its client entities.
Identifying training needs and ensuring they are addressed effectively.
Collaborating with the local compliance team to strengthen second-line defence processes.
Tracking and resolving compliance issues, ensuring robust monitoring and follow-through.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in compliance or a similar field, with 5 years being highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent organisational abilities, are essential. While relevant qualifications are advantageous, a proactive, detail-oriented approach is key to succeeding in this role.
