Our client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated professional to join their Enforcement Division as an Analyst.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Conducting statutory investigations, including on-site visits, evidence gathering, interviews, and preparing detailed investigative reports.
Managing enforcement cases efficiently by liaising with referring divisions and adhering to enforcement policies.
Producing affidavits, witness statements, and expert opinions while maintaining adherence to set deadlines.
Identifying and recommending external expertise or resources for investigations as needed.
Liaising with licensees, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure effective cooperation and information exchange.
Maintaining clear and accurate records of investigations, ensuring all written work is reliable and adheres to standards.
Contributing to the closure of cases by working innovatively and maximising results.
Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation and assisting in training new staff.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong investigative and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate evidence and present clear, concise conclusions.
