As a Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory adherence, overseeing compliance monitoring, and driving a strong compliance culture across the business.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the compliance team.
Providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development to team members.
Attending internal committee meetings and supporting client structures.
Promoting and delivering a professional compliance service across the organisation.
Ensuring compliance monitoring programmes are conducted on schedule.
Preparing and analysing management information reports for senior stakeholders.
Drafting, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures.
Keeping up to date with regulatory changes to provide first-class advisory services.
Fostering a positive compliance culture at all levels of the business.
Holding one or more statutory roles (e.g., MLRO, MLCO, CO) as required.
