Join a fast-growing, internationally focused company that plays a key role in global capital markets. With an expanding international footprint, our client is looking for a part time (20hrs pw) Office Administrator to be the backbone of their Guernsey office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing essential support across departments.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing reception duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling office correspondence.
Overseeing office supplies, post distribution, and general facility management.
Supporting travel bookings and event planning in collaboration with the Office Manager & Marketing Executive.
Assisting with HR administration, including onboarding new employees and organising training sessions.
Coordinating company social events and charity initiatives, keeping staff engaged and informed.
Providing administrative support to senior management and handling ad hoc office tasks as required.

Skills / Qualifications

This role is perfect for a highly organised and adaptable individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The successful candidate will be confident in prioritising tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and working to deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Experience in office administration or secretarial work is beneficial, but enthusiasm and adaptability are just as important.
