Our client plays a crucial role in asset operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence. As a Network Operations Administrator, you will be at the heart of the team, supporting both technical administration and operations, managing critical data, and ensuring smooth coordination across key functions.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Providing administrative support to the network department, including handling purchase orders, invoices, and data management.
Populating various operational spreadsheets, including plant output data, ship planning, CV records, and performance tracking.
Scanning and maintaining critical documentation such as daily round sheets, call-out records, visitor logs, and compliance checklists.
Liaising with suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth communication and accurate data reporting.
Preparing preliminary end-of-month statistics and maintaining up-to-date stock records.
Supporting meetings and visitors by coordinating catering, documentation, and logistical arrangements.
Handling phone calls and messages professionally, ensuring queries are directed appropriately.
Managing road closure notifications and system updates related to operational jobs.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and database systems, with excellent administrative and organisational abilities. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach are key. You should be comfortable handling multiple priorities, possess strong customer service skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in written and verbal communication. A background in utilities, logistics, or a similar industry would be advantageous.
