A fantastic part-time opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join a professional and welcoming healthcare team in Guernsey. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys engaging with people. The hours for this role are 25 per week.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
Greeting and assisting patients and visitors.
Scheduling patient appointments using the in-house system.
Handling payments and recording transactions accurately.
Assisting with patient queries and providing excellent customer service.
Supporting office administration, including handling correspondence, photocopying, and managing post.
Updating and maintaining records within the computerised GP system.
Ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
Assisting with additional office and administrative duties as required.
