A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established trust company in Guernsey, assisting with a range of compliance duties to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards. Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Processing completed periodic reviews and customer risk assessments.
Setting compliance tasks and overseeing the administration of task lists.
Managing compliance planners and ensuring adherence to schedules.
Reviewing customer due diligence (CDD) against legal, regulatory, and policy requirements, with support from the MLCO.
Processing and maintaining CDD records and updates.
Handling internal approval forms, including capture, task allocation, and filing.
Monitoring the compliance mailbox and responding to internal queries.
Keeping trust management software updated with compliance-related information.
Conducting ongoing screening using World Check and handling necessary remediations.
Ensuring updates to key registers are maintained.
Monitoring Google Alerts for compliance-related notifications.
Processing Themis notices as required.
Assisting with FATCA/CRS reporting obligations.
Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks, such as policy updates and document tracking.
Assisting the MLCO with the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP).

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in compliance and KYC. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, alongside proficiency in IT systems relevant to compliance administration. A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work efficiently within a structured framework will be key to success in this role.
