Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Providing first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
Maintaining and updating the IT support ticketing system with accurate prioritisation and escalation.
Managing network security and access controls in collaboration with the IT Team.
Building strong business relationships by offering expert guidance and on-the-job training to colleagues.
Contributing to process improvements within the IT department to enhance service efficiency.
Staying informed on best practices for IT systems and security, ensuring effective and secure operations.
Assisting the Head of Information Technology in achieving business objectives.
