A leading organisation is seeking a Temporary Compliance Monitoring Officer to support its compliance team during a period of increased workload. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to develop their knowledge of compliance processes within a dynamic environment. This role will operate on an initial contract period of 6-months.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Conducting AML reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.
Performing sanction screening using Dow Jones and Google searches.
Assisting with Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) testing.
Supporting compliance-related administrative tasks and projects.
Developing an understanding of compliance processes and business requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will have an enquiring mind and a proactive approach to compliance tasks. While previous compliance experience is desirable, it is not essential. The role suits individuals who are keen to develop their knowledge in AML and compliance processes within a structured regulatory environment.
