This role offers the chance to join a collaborative HR team supporting staff across the Channel Islands and UK. Working within a regulated, multi-jurisdictional environment, you’ll provide vital administrative support for HR processes, procedures and people-focused projects.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Administering employee onboarding, offboarding and internal changes including promotions, transfers, and changes to working patterns or pay.
Supporting the administration of benefits and leave schemes across CI and UK locations.
Assisting with recruitment activity including liaison with agencies, managers, and candidates.
Preparing and processing payroll and pension data for CI and UK, ensuring accurate reporting.
Maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
Coordinating internal and external training activity, including records and logistics.
Delivering first-day inductions to new employees.
Supporting updates and consistency in the application of HR policies and procedures.
Overseeing the administration of HR documentation and workspace data.
Contributing to HR-led projects as required.
