Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-focused professional to join their client services function as a Corporate CDD / KYC Analyst on a temporary basis of 6 months. This role will support risk-based quality assurance and AML controls relating to corporate, trustee and individual client reviews.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Conducting KYC reviews and assessments for onboarding, scheduled reviews and trigger events.
Performing and analysing complex corporate structures and associated due diligence documentation.
Validating source of funds and source of wealth information in line with risk-based requirements.
Checking and approving customer risk profiles and escalating concerns where necessary.
Ensuring compliance with AML, CDD, and fraud controls, including screening and investigative tools.
Updating customer profiles and liaising with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps.
Producing accurate operational reports and assisting with system testing and procedural updates.
Supporting stakeholders across the compliance and operational teams locally and in other jurisdictions.
Participating in project activities and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Keeping up to date with regulatory developments and contributing to a culture of risk awareness.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience within financial services, with strong knowledge of AML and CDD requirements for corporate and trust structures. They will be highly organised, comfortable working to tight deadlines, and capable of managing high volumes of work with precision. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Confidence in using Microsoft Office tools and customer data systems is also required. A strong understanding of regulatory expectations, coupled with a solution-oriented approach, will ensure success in this client-focused and quality-driven role.
