As an Assistant Administrator, you will play a key role in managing Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships, ensuring smooth administration while building valuable expertise in private client services.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the administration of a client portfolio, including Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships.
Maintaining accurate accounting records through bookkeeping for the client portfolio.
Drafting written instructions and online payments for distributions, dividends, and professional fees.
Preparing minutes and general correspondence for review by senior team members.
Maintaining a precise statutory database for the client portfolio.
Liaising with intermediaries, including banks, law firms, and other professional advisors, via email, phone, and written communication.
Providing general support to the team as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or school leaver with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset. You will have a commercial outlook, a strong aptitude for learning, and the ability to follow procedures while contributing to a fast-paced team environment.
