As an Assistant Manager - Trust, you’ll combine your technical expertise and leadership abilities to manage a diverse client portfolio while supporting and developing your team in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Advising and liaising with administrators and senior staff on day-to-day tasks and technical issues.
Monitoring group workflows, receivables, and quarterly billing requirements to ensure timely delivery.
Managing your portfolio, including maintaining records, drafting minutes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Supporting team members to ensure they are fully engaged and productive.
Building strong client relationships, including communicating effectively with investment managers, bankers, and lawyers.
Assisting in the organisation and control of key workflows, such as annual accounts preparation and compliance deadlines.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be STEP, ICSA, ACCA, ACA qualified (or working towards these) or have extensive trust and company administration experience. They should possess excellent technical knowledge, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and proven line management experience or potential.
