Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Providing first-class customer service across all communication channels.
Communicating effectively, efficiently, and in a friendly manner with customers and colleagues.
Offering accurate and relevant information when handling phone enquiries.
Covering reception duties and associated tasks as required.
Responding to the Info Line within Company Service Standards.
Managing daily Work Lists in line with Company Service Standards.
Delivering support for the organisation’s online platform.
Adhering to CPD (Continued Professional Development) requirements in line with qualification level and in-house procedures.
