Our client, a dynamic and respected organisation, is seeking a People Administrator to join their People Services Department on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the People Officer in all aspects of the Operations team, contributing to the smooth running of the People function within the company.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Assisting with the maintenance of People policies, procedures, and processes to meet company requirements.
Ensuring a comprehensive understanding and adherence to established standards, processes, and procedures.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key contacts across the business.
Contributing actively to departmental plans, reporting on performance progress regularly.
Managing and prioritising own workload, aligning with personal and team objectives.
Supporting the recruitment and selection process.
Maintaining accuracy of the payroll and People systems at all times.
Taking responsibility for inputting the monthly payroll and completing associated returns.
