Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing third-party suppliers to ensure all contractual and compliance requirements are met across hard and soft services.
Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations, working closely with risk assessors to address any issues.
Preparing, monitoring, and reconciling service charge budgets, approving invoices, and allocating expenditures appropriately.
Overseeing supplier performance, ensuring contracts are in place and regularly reviewed to meet service level agreements.
Assisting with the preparation of quarterly Property Management reports for landlords.
Developing expertise in property management systems, including Tramps and Meridian, and supporting service charge budgeting processes.
Procuring goods and services in line with company procedures and policies.
Ensuring robust health and safety and emergency preparedness procedures are in place and adhered to at all times.
