Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Facilities Support Officer to join their Secretariat team. This exciting role is pivotal in maintaining a safe, clean, and accessible workplace while ensuring optimal functionality of facilities and premises.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the Risk Assessment document, and acting as Health and Safety Co-ordinator.
Overseeing office security, managing access cards, and monitoring safety systems, including fire prevention and action plans.
Managing contracts with service providers, including cleaning contractors, and ensuring adherence to service levels.
Coordinating premises maintenance, managing residential property upkeep, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
Controlling stock levels for stationery and kitchen supplies while ensuring cost-effective procurement processes.
Managing archiving facilities, shredding policies, and maintaining high standards of data confidentiality.
Assisting with budget preparation, invoice approvals, and annual asset reconciliations.
Acting as Business Continuity Manager, maintaining plans, and participating in simulation exercises.
