Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing client records under the firm's risk-based monitoring programme, documenting findings using an automated system.
Conducting spot checks on procedures and processes as required.
Reporting significant concerns to the Compliance Manager and assisting in board meeting preparations.
Contributing to team meetings to discuss workloads, targets, and best practices.
Staying updated on technical knowledge through relevant training.
Supporting additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Compliance Manager.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 consecutive years' experience in a trust administration role. They will possess knowledge and experience in a compliance role for a fiduciary function, which is beneficial but not essential. Proficiency in IT, including all Microsoft applications, is required.
