Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Providing on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software and network applications.
Managing and triaging service desk tickets, ensuring accurate logging and timely resolution.
Installing and maintaining IT infrastructure including computers, printers, phones and applications.
Performing identity and access management tasks, such as provisioning and deactivating user accounts.
Maintaining technical documentation, asset registers and process documentation.
Supporting IT-related project delivery and assisting in testing and system developments.
Mentoring junior team members and collaborating with the wider IT team across jurisdictions.
Assisting with workstation setups and liaising with Facilities when required.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and frameworks including ITSM, ISO27001 and GDPR.
Identifying and mitigating operational IT risks and contributing to audit-readiness activities.
