A fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking IT services provider as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a broad range of technology projects, working alongside a team of technical consultants and contributing to a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Supporting the technical consulting team in delivering IT projects in line with agreed objectives.
Coordinating project activities, timelines, resources, and internal communications.
Acting as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and action trackers.
Organising and facilitating meetings, workshops, and briefings.
Identifying risks and assisting in resolution or escalation where required.
Contributing to project budgeting and resource tracking.
Supporting the service delivery team with administrative tasks and assisting in driving improvements to project processes.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent administrative skills and strong attention to detail. They will demonstrate confidence when engaging with internal and external stakeholders and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Applicants should have prior experience in administration or project support, ideally within a fast-paced environment. A working understanding of project frameworks and the ability to learn technical principles is essential. Experience in IT or managed service environments, as well as knowledge of Agile methodologies, would be advantageous.
