A brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic telecommunications business as a Sales and Service Manager within the MVNO & Carrier division. Working in a fast-paced wholesale environment, you will be responsible for growing and retaining domestic and international revenue streams across mobile, broadband, Ethernet and IP-based services.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Acting as the lead Service and Account Manager for MVNO and allocated Carrier clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client retention.
Driving wholesale revenue through the identification and qualification of new business opportunities.
Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative connectivity solutions tailored to client needs.
Owning the proposal and bid process in conjunction with internal teams, ensuring commercial viability and strategic alignment.
Managing all aspects of pre-sales qualification and customer onboarding, from initial engagement to delivery.
Developing and executing customer engagement and development plans to secure long-term growth.
Leading key account reviews, producing accurate reporting on KPIs, sales pipeline, forecasts and performance gap analysis.
Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to inform tactical sales strategies.
Representing the company at events and through professional networking to raise brand awareness and generate new leads.
