In this role, you will provide administrative and technical support to the IT department, assisting with both day-to-day operations and change project activities. You will also offer ad hoc support to the Facilities department, while delivering technical assistance to End Users, ensuring seamless access to hardware, software, and systems so they can perform their roles efficiently.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring one to two years of IT support experience, hold a Level 3 qualification in IT & Computing (or equivalent), and possess a relevant professional certification such as the ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate.
