Manager, Investor & Client Compliance

In this role, you will manage the work of the team, assign tasks, set priorities and monitor all activities.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Managing the investor CDD team.
Participating in developing the business unit team strategic plan and setting goals and priorities based on the direction set for the team.
Advising business partners, including senior management, on compliance with applicable laws, rules and standards, including keeping them informed on developments.
Establishing written guidance on the compliance with and implementation of applicable laws, rules and standards.

Skills / Qualifications

If you have experience of people management, possess analytical and communication skills to review laws/regulations and work with business partners to ensure compliance, this could be the ideal role for you.
