An independent and privately owned Guernsey regulated family office are seeking a Compliance and Onboarding Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Taking a lead role in the on-boarding of new client and third party relationships.
Compiling source of wealth memorandums & research to corroborate.
Assisting with ensuring tax advice is relevant and appropriate.
Ensuring legal advice is relevant and appropriate.
Completing onboarding procedures and checklists for new clients.
Carrying out detailed risk assessments and risk reviews on a periodic basis.
Assisting to implement automated risk assessment processes.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of professional experience in the finance industry, specifically in compliance, legal, or governance roles. They should have held a prescribed position for at least 3 years and possess a relevant qualification, such as an ICA certification.How To Apply
