In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting the client-facing teams, ensuring they use our onboarding systems effectively and efficiently.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Managing the onboarding mailbox and responding to queries.
Maintaining and actively monitoring data quality on the systems.
Actioning client and engagement acceptance risk processes to support engagement teams.
Supporting on Acceptance and KYC UAT.
Assisting with monitoring the user access and controls to systems.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving and investigating system issues, possess strong communication skills, and remain calm under pressure. They will have an analytical focus when dealing with data, demonstrating the ability to manipulate data, identify trends and themes, and spot anomalies.
